Stained Glass Windows

"Let us fill this abbey church with the uninterrupted light of the most radiant windows. Let them illumine our minds so that we may travel through light to an apprehension of God's light." -Abbe' Suger, 12th Century, Paris

Stained glass windows were put into churches in the middle ages to tell the stories of the Bible to those unable to read. While much has changed, our stained glass windows continue to proclaim the love of God, set a wonderful mood for our worship, and provide a profound focus for personal meditation.
