Please fill out the attached Permission Slip and YMCA waiver for Friday, September 12!

The Junior High Fall retreat is one of the retreats to complete in the confirmation covenant. It is focused on living in community.

September 12-14, Friday-Sunday

Camp Ihduhapi, Loretto, MN

Please print out the attached Permission Slip and YMCA Camp Risk Waiver to be returned to Gena K. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Cost: $90.00

Departure: 6:00pm, Friday, September 12, the Southlot

Return: 12:30pm, Sunday, September 14, the Southlot

If you choose to find your own way to camp be sure you are dropped off Friday at 8:00pm and picked up Sunday by 10:00am!

THINGS TO BRING:

• Attached YMCA Risk Waiver filled out & Parental Permission slip filled out
• 2-3 blankets or a sleeping bag
• 2 sheets if using blankets, pillow, a towel/washcloth
• toiletries
• hats for sun
• 3-days worth of clothes (for indoor & outdoor use)
• a jacket
• 2 pairs of shoes (one that can get wet)
• flashlight
• water bottle
• Bible & Lutheran Handbook
• money for a fast food meal stop on the way there and snack money at camp (about $10 is pleanty)

PLEASE LEAVE ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (CD players/ipods, video games, etc) AT HOME. Any items that you bring, if they are lost, stolen or broken, you are responsible!
