A Guided Mini-Retreat

A time of rest and relaxation

A time to grow spiritually
A time to go inward and connect with God

Come join us for an experiential mini-retreat on PRAYER. Learn and practice two unique forms of prayer—Lectio Divina, a sacred reading of scripture, and a guided meditation. Spend time with other faith-filled members of this community and explore how these forms of prayer can deepen your relationship with God.

David Potter to speak at Healing Service

The Bethlehem Recovery Ministry is sponsoring a healing service in the Sanctuary at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. David Potter will bring the message. David, formerly with Hazelden, has extensive experience in service to individuals in recovery, their families and loved ones. An ordained Lutheran Minister, his message last year was moving and memorable.

This service is an opportunity to gather quietly in the presence of Christ and to bring our concerns to the Lord in prayer. All are welcome. Refreshments follow the service.
