Risk Management

All people need and deserve a nurturing and secure environment. Yet a safe community where children and adults can live and grow among caring adults does not just happen; it is created by individuals who are committed and determined to shape that community.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church is committed to making our congregation a safe haven for all persons and to provide safeguards against all forms of abuse. To do so we require all volunteers who work with minors and vulnerable adults to view the training video (coming soon to the web) and complete application forms.

  • Print out the forms and return them to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
  • Sessions for viewing the video can be arranged with Pam Paulson. This orientation video details our commitment, defines abuse and provides you with information on Bethlehem's policies and procedures on the care of minors and vulnerable adults.
