Event Information:

A dozen years ago, award-winning  photographer John Noltner set out on a 40,000-mile road trip and asked people one simple question, “What does peace mean to you?” Thousands of interviews later, John’s new book, ‘Portraits of Peace: Searching for Hope in a Divided America,’ traces the story of John’s quest to rediscover our common humanity in an increasingly polarized social landscape. John shares stories of his own growth and transformation, along with stories and photographs captured through deep listening, gentle humor, and a keen eye for beauty.

Over the course of four weeks, participants will read the book and engage with others around questions inspired by John’s search. We’ll meet on Zoom and deepen friendships as we explore important questions and enjoy John’s exquisite photography. Led by Pastor Kris.
