Event Information:

Luther Seminary and its predecessors have been educating pastors in the Twin Cities for 150 years now, and the history of this educational institution is both complex and fascinating. Join SALT for a virtual presentation that will blend historical photos and historical narrative to consider all the changes and the continuities in theological education since 1869. We will see how an immigrant group dedicated their resources to see that their congregations would have pastors, and how this mission has continued despite any number of challenges, and how this mission has evolved over the past century and a half.
