The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that helps people understand who they are and what makes them tick. During this morning workshop, you’ll learn about the Enneagram system, discover your Enneagram number, and see how that style plays out in how we communicate and interact with people in our lives- at work, in our interpersonal relationships, and in community. The purpose is not to put us in a “personality box,” or to change personalities, but to learn how to recognize and work with the parts of our personality that limit us.
Fees will cover beverages and snacks, plus enneagram materials you can take home with you. A minimum of 12 participants is necessary, and a maximum of 60 will be allowed.
Future workshops will be held to learn about how the enneagram plays out in our communication, giving feedback, conflict, teamwork, leadership, and transformation. These skills are bound to give you great insight into all of your inter-personal relationship.
Your facilitators are Pastor Holly Johnson (Spirit Garage) and Pastor Meta Herrick Carlson (Minnetonka). Holly is trained in the Enneagram in Business, by Ginger Lapid-Bogda, and understands herself to be a Social Two with a well-traveled Eight-line, and Meta is a social eight. If you don’t know what that means but are curious, this workshop is for you.
