Dear Bethlehem Community – The needs are great and the scope is huge. Please know that we are working together with our community partners to develop a coordinated approach for the long haul. Please keep in mind the needs are changing daily and sometimes hourly, so check in directly with the organizations.

FOOD AND SUPPLY DONATIONS:

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (Longfellow)
Donation Drop off this week ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 am – 12 pm)
They are only accepting in-kind donations of: ICE, BOTTLED WATER, GATORADE, COOKING OIL, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, BODY SOAP, SHAMPOO (especially for kinky and curly hair), HAND SOAP,
MAXI PADS, MASKS, DIAPERS (all sizes, but especially large sizes), BABY WIPES, DISH SOAP, PAPER TOWELS, TOILET PAPER
Volunteers are needed (M/W/F) for receiving, packaging, and distribution of donations.

ICA FOOD SHELF (Minnetonka): In partnership with 23 community organizations, we will be participating in a monthly community food & hygiene drive. Items will be distributed to Calvary Lutheran Church in South Minneapolis, Gethsemane Lutheran Church in North Minneapolis, YWCA in the Midtown/Lake Street area, and ICA Food Shelf.
