ABOUT THE ARTIST
Now in its 30th anniversary season, the ‘engaging’ (New Yorker) low-voice ensemble, Cantus, is widely known for its trademark warmth and blend, innovative programming, and riveting performances from the Renaissance to the 21st century. Exalting finesse, expressive power, and spontaneous grace characterize its music making. The Philadelphia Inquirer called the group nothing short of ‘exquisite.’
ABOUT BETHLEHEM MUSIC SERIES
Now in its 44th year, the Bethlehem Music Series is the longest-running series of its kind in the Twin Cities area. Its 2025-26 season continues the tradition of exciting and eclectic musical programming with high-quality local, national, and international artists.
Prior to each concert, the artists offer insights into their performance and music, answering questions from the audience. These pre-concert conversations are unique to the Bethlehem Music Series and moderated by Steve Staruch of Minnesota Public Radio.
