    While chronic procrastination is not by definition a mental illness, it can result in high levels of stress, which in turn can exact a toll on one’s mental, as well as physical well-being – especially if it occurs over an extended period. It’s a pattern of behavior that can be changed and this program is designed to help chronic procrastinators do just that.

Gather in the Gallery at the Minneapolis Campus on the second Thursday of each month for a relaxed and welcoming time of knitting and community. All skill levels are welcome, and we focus on charitable knitting projects—from baby hats and prayer shawls to chemo caps and more. We have patterns, some yarn to share, and plenty of enthusiasm.

    Ride your bike to church or bring it along for a special outdoor worship! We'll decorate our bikes, receive a special bike blessing, and then ride together around Lake Harriet. Free bike helmets for kids available. Snacks and water provided.

    On the day of baptism, promises are made. Parents promise to pray for their child and nurture them in faith, teach them the Lord’s Prayer, Creeds and the Ten Commandments, as well as to place in their hands the holy scriptures, and to live with them among God’s faithful people, so the child will learn to trust God and care for others and the world God made. The congregation, in turn, promises to help the child grow in faith.
