Building the Future Capital Campaign
Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities is entering a new chapter—one rooted not in urgency, but in intention. After years of aligning our vision and strengthening our foundation as one church, we are stepping forward to invest in the future God is calling us into.
Through the Building the Future campaign, we aim to raise $2.8 million by 2028 to strengthen our financial foundation, renew our worship spaces, invest in leadership and ministry, and extend our impact beyond our walls. A stretch goal of $4 million would allow us to accelerate this work and expand our capacity for ministry and next-generation faith formation.
Campaign Guide
This campaign focuses on four key priorities:
- Strengthening our financial foundation through debt reduction and a sustainable capital reserve
- Renewing sacred spaces to support meaningful, vibrant worship
- Investing in leadership and ministry, including new pastoral roles and next-generation programs
- Giving outward, with 10% of all funds dedicated to community partnerships and mission beyond Bethlehem
At its heart, this is not simply a fundraising effort—it is an invitation. Every household is invited to prayerfully consider a one-time gift or a three-year commitment. Every gift matters, as together we build a future that will shape faith, community, and ministry for generations to come.
Make Your Commitment
We invite every household to prayerfully consider how God is calling you to participate in the Building the Future campaign.
You may choose to make a one-time gift or a three-year pledge, given in a way and timeline that is meaningful for you. Every gift matters, and together, our commitments will shape the faith, spaces, and community we are building for generations to come.
As you discern your response, we invite you to take this step in faith—joining others in strengthening Bethlehem for what lies ahead. Please bring your pledge in worship or make your commitment online using the button below. We will gather these commitments together on Commitment Sunday, May 10, as we come forward in faith and gratitude.
