Encore Sunday School: Intro to Handbells!

Join Michael Olsen and members of the Minnetonka Handbell Ensemble for an introduction to this multi-player instrument! Parents and Encore Sunday Schoolers are invited to this all ages lesson after worship. You’ll get to try ringing different bells and practice making a melody together.
This Encore Sunday School experience is open to all families with kids. One parent/guardian per family must participate and we’ll have extra adult helpers there, too. This lesson is rooted in 1 Corinthians 15, when Paul explains that the church is like a body with different body parts. We each have a unique roll to play and every part (and note!) is important to the whole.
We’ll meet in the Balcony of the Sanctuary at 10:45am, so you’ll have time to grab a treat and wash your hands between the worship service and Encore Sunday School. Then we’ll get ringing!
The Handbell Ensemble will be playing on Easter Sunday (the following week) and families are invited to sit in the balcony so they can see the ringers up close while they play.
