During the season of Easter, you only have three opportunities to join us for Evensong worship: Apr 12, Apr 19 and May 10. (On Apr 26, we will have a very special evening worship service, separate from the Evensong liturgy.)
The liturgy during this season of Easter uses beautiful new sacred music from The Porter’s Gate, an ecumenical collective of theologians and church musicians. You can check out the music for Evensong during the season of Easter here so that you’re ready to sing along when you join us.
Evensong is an in-person worship service curated and led by Spirit Garage’s Andy Pokel in collaboration with Bethlehem pastors and volunteer musicians. Andy has worked at Spirit Garage since June 2024 but officially started his internship at Bethlehem and Spirit Garage in October. One of Andy’s internship learning goals is to explore and refine how he proclaims the good news of Jesus through music.
