Building Hope and Healing in Uncertain Times: From Isolation to Belonging
Building Hope and Healing in Uncertain Times: From Isolation to Belonging

January 20, 2026 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Join us for an interactive program lead by Jason Mayer, BS, MS, LPCC, of Anam Cara Therapies exploring the science behind depression, addiction, and the role of the nervous system—and how the healing power of community and belonging can help us move toward wholeness.
All are welcome to share a meal, learn, reflect, and engage in this meaningful conversation.
This is part of a monthly series of mental health education in partnership with Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Community (SJA). This year the theme is Building Hope and Healing In Uncertain Times. The series began in September 2025 and ends in May 2026. The meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month, and meetings alternate between Bethlehem and SJA.
