Mid-Winter Convocation
Mid-Winter Convocation

February 1, 2026 @ 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Join Us for the Mid-Winter Convocation — Sunday, February 1
One Worship Service at Minneapolis Campus (no worship at the Mtka Campus).
Following the 9:30 a.m. service at the Minneapolis Campus.
As Bethlehem shifts entirely to the new fiscal year calendar, our Mid-Winter Convocation is taking on a new and lively shape. Without the need to approve a budget in February, this gathering can now become what many of us have hoped it would be: a chance to step back, take stock, and celebrate the ministry we are building together.
This year’s convocation will offer:
- A clear snapshot of our financial picture as we continue to align with the new fiscal year.
- Updates from ministry teams and committees as they live into Bethlehem’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Stories of impact from across our campuses—moments where God’s renewing work has taken root in worship, relationships, service, and generosity.
- A look ahead to the key initiatives and opportunities shaping 2025–26.
This will be a moment to reconnect with each other, see the bigger picture of what God is stirring among us, and recommit to the work ahead with clarity and joy—think of it as a winter thaw for the church’s imagination.
We hope you’ll stay after worship, grab some coffee, and join the conversation. This is an annual meeting that is not about the budget!
In partnership and gratitude,
Andy Kroll, Congregation President
Rev. Chris Enstad, Lead Pastor
