This program features a facilitated panel discussion of local experienced therapists representing diverse mental health care approaches. Learn from questions posed to the panel about different mental health situations and how they might be addressed.

A light supper will be provided.

This is part of a monthly series of mental health education in partnership with Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Community (SJA). This year the theme, is Building Hope and Healing in Uncertain Times. The series begins in September 2025 and ends in May 2026. The meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, and meetings alternate between Bethlehem and SJA. The events are free with a light supper provided and are open to all—we ask to register in advance so we can plan for food and materials.
