Take Time for Mental Health: Wellbeing in Uncertain Times

November 18 @ 6:00 pm 8:00 pm

We hear it all the time: Take care of yourself. Be kind to yourself. But what does that really mean—especially in times that feel so challenging and uncertain?

Join Monica Kramer McConkey, Licensed Professional Therapist and owner of Eyes on the Horizon, for an evening of encouragement and practical wisdom. Monica will share ideas and strategies for navigating life’s difficulties with resilience, balance, and self-care. You’ll leave with actionable tools, fresh perspectives, and inspiration to help you care for both your mind and heart.

Come be part of an uplifting conversation that will leave you feeling supported and empowered.

This is part of a monthly series of mental health education in partnership with Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (SJA). This year the theme is Building Hope and Healing in Uncertain Times. The series begins in September 2025 and ends in May 2026. The meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, and meetings alternate between Bethlehem and SJA. The events are free with a light supper provided and are open to all – we ask to register in advance so we can plan for food and materials.

Registration Deadline: November 14
