Building Hope and Healing in Uncertain Times: Understanding Our Body’s Reaction to Trauma

The physical body holds trauma within it. Understanding one’s own pattern as it reacts to trauma can be liberating, as well as therapeutic. Become familiar with the trauma patterns of Victim, Bully, Bystander or Savior to gain important insights about how to reduce the impacts of trauma on the body.

Hosted by collaborating congregations Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Community, this is a monthly series that aims to increase awareness and reduce the stigma of mental illness.
This year the theme is Building Hope and Healing in Uncertain Times. The series begins in September 2025 and ends in May 2026. The meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, and meetings alternate between Bethlehem and SJA.
Meetings begin at 6:00 pm with a light supper provided. The program begins at 6:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. This event is free to attend, a free-will offering will be accepted for supper. Please register in advance.
