Join us for a very special Holden Evening Prayer service, with composer Marty Haugen on piano. Marty’s music has been a touchstone of contemporary hymnody, and his Evening Prayer service has long been cherished at Bethlehem.
This year we’re recognizing the 40th anniversary of Holden Evening Prayer. Haugen wrote Holden Evening Prayer during the winter of 1985–1986 during a musical residency at Holden Village. This service is part of the worldwide celebration, Holden Evening Prayer Around the World, and will be livestreamed.
Light refreshments will be served after the service.
