Faith IRL: Earth Day Fair
About This Event
Faith IRL is a series of adventures for middle schoolers that connect biblical themes to stuff we do in real life. In April, invite your friends and family members to the Wood Lake Nature Center where we’ll clean up litter, participate in a prairie restoration project, and visit booths at the Earth Day Fair. Event Information:
Join Pastors Holly Johnson and Meta Herrick Carlson for monthly in-person events that build connections between our faith in God and the stuff we like to do “In Real Life.” These events are geared toward middle school students and the schedule is shaped by students. Students from all campuses are welcome.
Students! Invite your friends and family members to the Wood Lake Nature Center where we’ll clean up litter, participate in a prairie restoration project, and visit booths at the Earth Day Fair. Food Trucks will be onsite for this free event for the public. We’ll care for creation together and discover new ways to be good stewards of our communities.
Join us on Sunday, April 23rd from 1:00-4:00pm at Wood Lake Nature Center.
