Gather with Bethlehem to give thanks to God in worship and community. Join us after the service for pie, coffee and cider. You are invited to bring a homemade or store-bought pie to share.

Event Information:

Gather with Bethlehem to give thanks to God in worship and community. Join us after the service for pie, coffee and cider. Bring a pie to share and one to give to the Marie Sandvik Center, which serves over 500 people from the community each Thanksgiving. Bring homemade or store-bought pies before worship, or anytime, on Nov. 23.

Volunteers are needed to help plate and serve pie, make coffee and hot cider, and help wrap up the extra pies for donation. Click here to sign up to help.

“Different Lens” Special Speaker Felecia Boone

About once a month Spirit Garage hosts a guest speaker in worship who is a faith leader that is also a person of color and/or queer, who speaks on a text that resonates with them in perhaps a different way than what has been traditionally taught down through the years. This month Felecia Boone will be our speaker. Felecia is a senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant with Hennepin County. She was educated through the Lutheran school system and volunteers as the Vice President of the Minneapolis Area Synod of the ELCA. She has worked in local government at the state and county levels for more than 25 years.
