Starting October 7, join us for our first monthly Wednesday Night Dinner at the Minnetonka campus, featuring Del Sur Empanadas!
We’re calling it economic neighboring—sharing a meal, building relationships, and supporting the local businesses that help make our community unique.
Each month will be a little different, including the menu and cost. We’ll let you know who we’re featuring and what the meal will cost so you can come ready to enjoy!

Oct 7: Your choice of ham & cheese, mushroom, sweet corn or chorizo empanadas, salad. Empanadas are $4 each.
