Come enjoy a morning with old and new friends for a very good cause. Each November, ICA Food Shelf sells a certificate toward a family Thanksgiving dinner. We would like to entice turkey certificate sales with a gift package of delicious lefse. To do this, we will roll and cook dozens and dozens of rounds of this beloved Scandinavian treat. No experience necessary!
Lutefisk lovers—this one’s for you! Enjoy baked lutefisk, Swedish meatballs, homemade lefse, and other Nordic delights at out Annual Lutefisk Dinner. Norwegian sweaters encouraged! All proceeds support Bethlehem youth programming.
