Connect Bible Day
September 27 @ 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
On the day of baptism, promises are made. Parents promise to pray for their child and nurture them in faith, teach them the Lord’s Prayer, Creeds and the Ten Commandments, as well as to place in their hands the holy scriptures, and to live with them among God’s faithful people, so the child will learn to trust God and care for others and the world God made. The congregation, in turn, promises to help the child grow in faith.
We are joining together now to fulfill one of those promises.
On Bible Day parents will place in the hands of their child a “Connect” Bible during worship. After worship we will gather as a group to learn a little bit about how to navigate its contents.
What: Bible Class for Kids!!
Who: Third graders and parent(s) or a special adult (or older students yet to receive their Connect Bible)
Where: Bethlehem Minneapolis Campus
When: Sunday September 27, Worship together at the 10:30 service. The Bible Class starts at 11:30.
