High School Winter Retreat

Event Information:

We are going on our annual High School Winter Retreat this February, over President’s Day weekend! Students can downhill or cross-country ski, tube, snowshoe, and more! Students will be working together to shop for and cook meals in the evening - and we will have plenty of board games to play (students can bring some if they have ones they’d like to play). Cost: $325 per Student (Adult or Parent Chaperones are Free). 

Registration cost includes 5 Meals, Lodging at the Biwabik Community Center, Transportation, and a 2 Day Lift Ticket, but rental fees are not. Full package rental at Giant’s ridge is $53 - includes helmet, skis or snowboard, boots, and poles. 

Students may also need money for snacks on the way up, and lunches on the ridge (though we will have stuff for PBJ and other snacks available). Please send students with money for rentals if they will be needing those. Students should indicate in the registration form whether or not they’ll be needing a rental (so we know how many pairs of skis we’ll be transporting, and how many we’ll be getting at the desk).
