Mental Health Connect – Fall Concert Series

Come join us for Mental Health Connect’s (MHC) first fall concert fundraisers. Mental health is a major and growing concern in our communities. MHC helps open doors for those living with mental illness. It is a free service that helps individuals and families navigate the health care system as well as providing resources and education. We need your support to continue meeting the needs of individuals, families and faith communities. Join us for wonderful music and fun around the fire pits.

This concert will be located at 4008 Hunters Hill Way, Minnetonka, MN 55345.

Ky Weber is a local singer-songwriter whose music is influenced by pop, rock, folk and blues. Her love of meaningful and artistic lyrics can be heard in her original works. Her music can be found on YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and coming soon on Spotify.
