This gentle SUN family form improves mental and physical capacity as well as relaxation, balance, and vitality! Tai Chi has proven through numerous scientific studies to relieve pain, increase range-of-motion and improve quality of life. Arthritis foundations around the world and the CDC are recommending it for arthritis and fall prevention. It is suitable for most physical conditions and can be done sitting or standing. Please wear flat shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. Sandals not recommended. You do not need to have attended previous sessions to begin a new session.

Fees are paid directly to the instructor at the start of each session. For those who do not wish to sign up for a full session, a “drop-in fee” of $10.00 per class can be paid to the instructor. Please pay by cash or check.
